Our Core Values

Brotherhood

It's Not Just For Now, It's For Life

Our brotherhood here isn't much different from your siblings at home. Though we may be different in many ways, our being brothers brings us together in ways where our differences do not matter. We are a family, and nothing can get in the way of that! No matter where you go, there will always be your DeltaSig brothers to help you personally and professionallly.

Community Service

Giving Back To Those Who have Given Us So Much

All of us are fortunate to come from different areas and backgrounds. We make it a point to give back to the people and the communities that molded us into the people we are today. From offering support to those in need to maintaining the environment, we aim to preserve the communities that we know and love.

A word from our President...

The Zeta Xi Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi has a rich and inviting history. We are focused on developing strong, business-oriented people from all backgrounds and career paths. With our network of over 1,000 alumni and vast dedicated academic resources, we put all that we have into the development and support of each and every one of our brothers. Being a brother of Delta Sigma Pi will not only serve you here at Lewis and in your current endeavors; you will gain the necessary tools and knowledge to grow both professionally and personally into the best you that you can be!

Since we are a professional fraternity first and foremost, professional development is our number one priority. Typically, this would include professional development opportunities, but it also includes personal development in the form of risk management, diversity workshops and training, and leadership opportunities. With our extensive network of outstanding alumni along with our faculty initiations, we have been equipped with the best possible resources to further our academic and professional success.

Outside of professional development, we value the importance of creating and maintaining your community. Lewis is primarily a commuter school – this can make it difficult to build a community, as well as take up a stake in supporting the already existing community outside of campus. To overcome this, we have an everlasting initiative to come together as a group and do more for those around us. In the past, this has included: Will County Habitat for Humanity, Feed My Starving Children, Robert H. Lurie’s Children’s Hospital, and will now include the Ronald McDonald House.

As you become more familiar with the brothers of Delta Sigma Pi, you will find a diverse group of budding professionals, all of whom are working to achieve their own dreams and goals side by side. Though all of our paths are distinctly different, we all have a common goal that unites us: to become the best professionals we can be through the work we do in the fraternity. In order to accomplish this goal, we must, and always will strive to improve the fraternity so that those brothers that come after us may have the same, if not more, opportunities than us and the brothers that came before us.
